Jo is a Registered Nurse.  The majority of her 25+ year career has been within Adult Critical Care nursing.  She worked as Critical Care Configuration nurse at University Sussex Hospitals Trust, based in Chichester and Worthing Critical Care Units.   She also has years of palliative care experience at St Wilfrid’s Hospice and within Critical Care.  Jo helps us navigate the complex journey that is ‘home from hospital’ and supports us with assessments for clients with complex needs.  Here is Jo’s Linked In
