The role of Care Coordinator involves using the latest care management software and having a thorough understanding of every client’s needs and our Care Professionals’ skills and availability.
“I’m really excited to join the Vitale Care team,” said Keeleigh. “I’m an experienced Care Coordinator and have worked at several other care companies. I chose to move to Vitale because they are genuinely changing the care sector. Co-founders Daniel Ayton and Sarah Harris and the whole management team put the welfare and well-being of colleagues at the heart of everything they do. The training programme is thorough. I can see there’s lots of opportunity for progression.
“Vitale’s approach to at-home care is all about helping clients to live the life they love. From preparing freshly cooked, homemade food, taking people out and about, supporting people to wash and dress to working with the client’s family and wider healthcare team, I can already see that the Vitale approach puts the client’s needs first,” added Keeleigh.
Vitale supports people living with a range of conditions and issues including loneliness and social isolation, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, mobility and frailty, cancer, acquired brain injury and cerebral palsy.
Vitale’s investment in the latest technology and comprehensive training means they are very responsive and can often undertake a free care assessment within 24 hours. Care can usually start in a matter of days. Vitale Care’s at-home care can begin with just one hour a week and adapt as needs change. Vitale also offers overnight and live-in care.
