Our free Community Hubs offer older people, unpaid carers and families friendly places to find practical advice and support across West Sussex.
Some hubs take place alongside local clubs and social groups, where you can enjoy a cup of tea and meet others. Others are hosted at medical centres, offering a chance to speak with our team about care, funding, wellbeing and local support.
You don’t need to be a Vitale Care client. Our hubs welcome drop-in visitors, while some require an appointment, so please check the individual hub details before visiting.
