Abi joined Vitale Care as a Care Professional while at university and discovered she really enjoyed working in care. She later became a graduate trainee before progressing to the role of Care Supervisor.

Working in care has shown Abi a different side to the way people live and the support they may need. Meeting and learning from Care Professionals and clients has broadened her knowledge and shaped how she approaches her role.

As Care Supervisor, Abi is a first point of contact for clients and Care Professionals, answering questions, offering guidance and working with external agencies to help keep clients safe. The relationships Abi has built through care have also shaped her personally, with clients sharing their own experiences and encouraging her during her studies.

Since moving to Chichester for university in 2022, Abi has made the city her home and has enjoyed getting involved in events that give back to the local community. Outside work, she loves spending time with friends and family, a bit of pampering, or heading out for crazy golf and a trip to the arcades. A former competitive gymnast and dancer, Abi has performed at venues across the country, including the Royal Albert Hall, The O2 and Blackpool Tower. She also previously volunteered at an animal rescue centre in her hometown, which she continues to support when she visits.
